HealthScore helps you understand your complete health so that you can do the right things, individually or with friends, to improve your wellbeing. It acts as a dashboard for a range of activities, clinical data and lifestyle information, monitoring and analysing them to give you a single score so you can chart your progress towards a happier, healthier life.

Developed by experts at Nuffield Health, the app includes several modules that bring a variety of data together into this single score using a carefully crafted algorithm. As well as monitoring your physical health and emotional status HealthScore modules can:

Track activities* – including daily steps and exercise.
Monitor sleep – a vital component for a healthy mind and body.
Guide nutrition – based on your eating habits.
Address stress – to discover what causes it and help you manage it. Includes our voice stress analyser function.
HealthScore integrates with apps such as Apple Health and Runkeeper and with fitness devices from Fitbit, Jawbone, Vitadock, Withings, Microsoft, FitLinxx and more. That means HealthScore is a simple, single point of reference for your overall health as well as a source of motivation and guidance to a healthier life.

HealthScore provides the ‘intelligence’ to take you beyond simply tracking, by reflecting and rewarding your efforts through changes in your personal Score.
